Aren't bridges just the most wonderful things? I know that might seem like a completely arbitrary statement but I do have a point so bear with me. Whether a literal bridge or a metaphorical one we all have one...ok, so maybe we don't all have bridges in our backyard. My point is, recently I was having a conversation with someone at work about his attitude towards people who do wrong by him. His response, 'You cross me once, I'm not letting you cross me again. That bridge is burned baby', left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. I personally am a huge fan of the forgive and forget and I actually find it really hard to keep grudges. Sure, I might not like certain people but that doesn't mean I go out of way to avoid them. In the past few weeks I've been learning a lot about the importance of learning to forgive people who have done wrong by you, especially if these are people you used to be very close to. Anywho, that's my life lesson for the week over and done with.
Lets talk about the real reason we're all here; pretty clothes! As you can all see my obsession with autumn colours hasn't quite finished yet. I fell in love with this amazing Ladakh shirt from The Iconic not just for its colour but for the gorgeous little detailing on the front and the soft as a baby's bottom material. I can tell this is going to be on high circulation all summer!
