I'm not entirely sure how you guys are going but I'm going fantastic! This trip has been one of the best experiences of my life, and while I can't wait to get home and see my friends and family, there is a a part of me that never wants to go home. I've developed a huge number of blisters along my feet that I got from wearing shoes to were too big for me, I've learnt now that just because they're dirt cheap doesn't mean you should buy them.
The first few days in Germany have been great, just wandered around did a little shopping, I found this amazing velvet vintage jacket which I'll show you some photos of later on. And, I went to H&M for the first time! Now I understand what all the fuss is about!
This morning we're off to Munich, via train...might I add first class train! I'm so excited because I've never flown/driven/walked/pogoed first class anything so this will be a completely new experience for me! I hope you guys are having as much fun wherever you are as I am here and I've just got one more thing to add.
Travelling around Europe; Essential. Heels; Optional.

Germany looks a little like France, except for the Gothic decorations on buildings. Nonetheless, I hope you have a lovely time with that first class trip on the train and the rest of your trip!
ReplyDelete@LynellMarie- A lot of the larger architecture is actually very similar to French architecture, especially some of the old cathedrals and churches. The houses are a lot different, German houses are much smaller and more 'housey' as opposed to the town houses and apartments in France. Munich (where I am right now) is even MORE similar to France then Frankfurt is!
ReplyDeleteAnd I did enjoy the train ride a LOT first class is fun!
