LMFF is well and truly under way, our first runway show of the week was last night and what a good starting point! The Independent Runway sponsored by Yen Magazine and The Thousands featured amazing Australian brands like Ksubi, Jolet, Something Else and Lui Hon. I was really blown away by the quality of the garments and the styling, with each look perfectly tweaked to echo the style of the brand and the show as a whole. Makeup was kept clean and simple with pearly shades for cheeks and eyes, while the hair was wet and sleek on top and matte and wild down below. My personal favourites were the wonderful khaki coats with splashes of leopard print from Ksubi and the delicious fairy floss pink blouses from Something Else.
Now I'm sure there are loads of place where you can see looks direct from the runway, so instead of posting boring runway shots I thought I'd show you my favourite details from the show.
