C O L O N I A L.

Akubra hat; Jay Jays. Boots; Rubi Shoes. Dress; Hourglass. Belt; Vintage.

Sometimes you can spend days searching for that perfect location to shoot something, and other times you're just lucky. Yesterday was one of those days, my mum and I went for a little afternoon drive and found this field complete with an old abandoned house and two horses so picture perfect it looks as if they galloped out of some colonial water colour. This is probably one of my favourite locations I've shot in since I started this blog, everything about it is perfect. I really wished I could have just built myself a little shack and stayed there forever
Whenever I wear this cute little frosted pink number of a dress I do feel like I just stepped off the set of Little House on the Prairie, but I think the addition of my new favourite hat makes the look a little bit more modern, but still keeps it very country. And I can promise you all that from now on this blog will become a bit of a 'spot the sorbet' contest, today baby pink tomorrow the world.

    1. Thanks Asia! I am lucky enough to have a very patient mother who takes all my outfit shots, however I did used to use a self timer and tripod but it's a lot harder to shoot in nice places because you're very limited with a self timer :)
