Sometimes I don't think even I realise what an amazing place I live in until I'm editing photos. I was literally gob smacked as these photos filtered through from my camera at how amazing the landscape looked. Fields full of dazzling purple flowers, skies so big they make your head spin and dreamy looking mountain ranges as a frame for this pretty picture. It truly is like something from a fairy tale. Since the warmer weather has started I've been in shorts constantly, my legs are so excited to see the world for the first time in months, and these shorts from Topshop are on high rotation. There is just something so timelessly elegant about white shorts that I can't help but automatically reach for them whenever I'm getting dressed. And as well as being pretty they are a smart choice for summer, you know, because white reflects heat?
The craziest thing about the field in this picture is, it's literally a 2 minute drive from the main town. A little slice of heaven just a hop, skip and jump from civilization. So whenever you feel too stressed out it's nice to pull over, hop out of the car, stand perfectly still and just listen to the silence.
