Maxi skirt by Luka. Flats from Sportsgirl and blouse is vintage.
I think you've all probably realized by now that I am definitely not afraid of colour, in fact I feel slightly naked if I don't have a bright pop of colour somewhere in my outfit. So I was super, duper happy when I found this skirt by Luka which pretty much embodies the trend of colour blocking all in one slick little package. Surprisingly though the colour isn't the main thing I love about this skirt, it's the shape! I have so many drapey, flowy maxi skirts, so it's very nice to have something that's a little bit more fitted. I love the way it nips in at the waist and then drops down in more of a tube shape than a regular maxi skirt. It makes me feel incredibly tall and graceful, like a swan but with a shorter neck.
Can't believe the amazing weather we've been having, my arms have seen sunlight for the first time in months! Hope it stays like this for a while :)
I am loving the outfit! An absolutely beautiful combination!!!!! I feel naked without color as well. I always have to have a pop of something, even if it ends up being lipstick or nail polish!
