Sometimes you receive days that just give you this amazing sense of clarity. I had one of those days today, a few things happened that made me realise I am finally heading on the right path and I know what I'm meant to be doing for myself. I think my blog and you freaking amazing readers are a huge part of this, this blog is starting to get much bigger than I ever truly believed (but always secretly hoped) it would become. Just thought I'd start this off by saying thank you for everyone who has ever commented/followed/supported/seen/spoke/posted about, I know all bloggers say this, but you guys really are the best readers ever and I love each and everyone of you to pieces. Which is why I am in the process of securing an awesome sponsor for our next giveaway! Keep your eyes peeled.
Ok, back to business, these pants are SO hard to style. I've literally only worn them twice and I wore them with the same shirt both times. There is just so much going on, I know the mixing prints is all the rage but I'm not quite brave enough to try that yet. But in the end I was pretty happy with how it turned out, it's probably the most androgynous style I've ever worn, so I guess that's another trend I can tick off on my 'Must Try' list. I'm calling this outfit the 'Elmo Meets Don Draper with a hint of Charlie Chaplin'
You're right, print pants are hard to style well! Your blazer and hat are super cute though :) and do let us know when you're going to be down in Melbourne!!
ReplyDeleteWow! Those pants are definitely something! I tried wearing floral print pants(actually a jumpsuit, as pants) in one of my blog posts and i got mixed reviews on it. I eventually gave them away but I think these look great on you!
ReplyDeleteLove the pants!!!!!! You look so retro but yet so chic....I love this look a lot!
